On September 1, 2023, the Faculty of Information and Communication, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat (Dean), along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanwadee Sunetnanta (Instructor from the Computer Science Academic Group, and Cluster Director of the Software Engineering and Business Analytics Research Clusters (SEBA)), and Dr. Dolvara Guna-Tilaka (Instructor from the Computer Science Academic Group, and Cluster Director Cyber Security and IoT Research Clusters(CSI)), extended a warm welcome to Professor Dr. Emmanuel Planas, Acting Director of the Global Liaison Office at the National Institute of Informatics, Japan in Room A1, 1st floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya. During the visit, they discussed opportunities for academic and research collaboration.
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanwadee Sunetnanta, presented research work in the field of Software Engineering, along with introducing the Software Engineering Research Unit (SERU). Furthermore, Dr. Dolvara Guna-Tilaka also presented research work in Cybersecurity and IoT. In addition, the delegate had the opportunity to visit the facilities within the Faculty of ICT, including the Grand Auditorium, Smart Classroom, Innovative Space, Co-Working Space, and the Mahidol-Bremen Medical Informatics Research Unit (MIRU); where Dr. Myat Su Yin, Senior Researcher, presented the collaborative research projects between the Faculty of ICT and the University of Bremen, Germany.
