On 5 August 2022 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized a training on “Effective Communication” for its 30 support staff. On this occasion, Ms. Thanyaphorn Jarupaisan (Pharmacist), Performance Coach and Trainer, served as the keynote speaker who shared knowledge on Key Principles of Effective Communication, Building Good Relationships with Listening Skills, Developing Communication Skills for Coordination and Communication, and Development Guidelines for Teamwork. At the end of the training, Dr. Petch Sajjacholapunt, Assistant Dean of Human Resource Management, addressed a closing speech to all partcipants, at Bits & Bytes Hall, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The “Effective Communication” training was part of the personnel development program of the Faculty of ICT. It aimed to provide staff with a good conceptual framework for communication skills both listening and speaking, the ability to understand oneself and other people with different personalities, the ability to select the appropriate communication method for each person, and the ability to apply communication techniques to increase work efficiency.
