On November 24, 2023, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized an academic service seminar for the community titled “An In-depth Exploration of Social Listening Tools.” On this occasion, Mr. Puttasak Tantisuttivet, Deputy Director of Data Research Product at Wisesight (Thailand) Co., Ltd., served as the guest speaker. He shared knowledge about marketing tools for data analysis and monitoring consumer information on social media, specifically “Social Listening Tools,” with approximately 89 participants, including students, staff, and interested individuals. Additionally, Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer, was the MC during the event. The seminar took place in Room A2, the 1st floor of the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University.
The objective of this academic service seminar was to provide participants with the opportunity to learn the techniques and strategies of using Social Listening Tools for data analysis. The goal was to enable them to apply these tools to their businesses and gain a competitive advantage within their relevant industries.
