On September 19, 2023, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Mores Prachyabrued, Instructor of Computer Science group, attended the “Advances in Digital Health, AI and Biomedical Engineering in Medical Services and Education”.
On this occasion, Prof. Piyamitr Sritara, M.D., FRCPT, FACP, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, as well as Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean of the Faculty of ICT, addressed an opening remark. The conference was held in Room 910ABC, 9th floor, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Salaya.
The international academic conference, ” Advances in Digital Health, AI and Biomedical Engineering in Medical Services and Education,” was organized by the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital. Its objective was to provide opportunities for medical personnel, professors, and students at Mahidol University to showcase their potential and innovative ideas in the development of medical service and education innovations. Additionally, this event aimed to inspire new scientific knowledge and skills, as well as collaborative efforts in the field of medical innovation, through exhibitions and academic discussions.
Furthermore, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat also participated in a discussion on the topic “Power of AI and Clinical Synergy,” while Asst. Prof. Dr. Mores Prachyabrued, joined in the discussion on “Integrated Metaverse in Medical Education and Healthcare: IT and MD Perspectives.”
