On November 21, 2023, Dr. Petch Sajjacholapunt, Deputy Dean for Administration and Human Resources, represented the Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in congratulating the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University on the “Biosafety Level 3 Laboratory (BSL3) Opening Ceremony.” The event took place at the Pratap Singhasivanon Conference Room on the 17th floor of the Ratchanakarin Building, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.
During the event, Assoc. Prof. Weerapong Phumratanaprapin, M.D., the Dean of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine (TropMed), introduced the laboratory to all participants. Additionally, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., the President of Mahidol University, and Clinical Prof. Emeritus Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn, M.D., the Chairman of the University Council, delivered congratulatory and opening speeches to the attendees.
