On August 19, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized the “Welcome Party: International Students, Academic Year 2024” for international students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (International Program) and graduate programs in academic year 2024. On this occasion, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean, delivered a welcome speech to all students. During the event, Dr. Pisit Praiwattana, Assistant Dean for Organizational Communications and Media Technology, served as the MC. Additionally, Dr. Pawitra Liamruk, Program Chair of the B.Sc. in ICT, was present to welcome the students at Bits & Bytes Hall, 4th Floor, ICT Mahidol, Salaya.
The objectives of the “Welcome Party: International Students, Academic Year 2024” were to welcome and foster connections among the new international students for the academic year 2024. It also served as an introduction to the faculty members and staff who would be available to assist the international students during their studies at the Faculty of ICT.
After the introductions, the students participated in a “Pub Quiz Game” followed by a meal together.
