On July 30, 2024, senior students from the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized the “Welcome Freshy & Sairahus 2024” event for new students in the B.Sc. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the B.Sc. in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program) for the academic year 2024 at Sirividhaya Building, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Mahidol University, Salaya.
In the morning session, the “Welcome Freshy” activities included recreational activities to foster good relationships between senior and junior students. These activities aimed to help new students get to know the Faculty of ICT and Mahidol University better. In the afternoon session, the “Sairahus” event was held, allowing first-year students to meet their senior buddies (Sairahus) and alumni from the faculty. The senior buddies will help guide and advise the new students in their studies and university life
