Prof. Manchorova and Dr. Markova-Drangova visited the Faculty of ICT on February 1,2 to discuss research collaboration with Professor Haddawy in the area of VR simulation for dental training. Discussions included the use of FMRI imaging to understand how the brain responds to alternative approaches to dental skill training. A meeting was held with Dean Pattanasak to discuss broader collaboration between Mahidol University and the Medical University – Plovdiv. This includes a possible MOU, as well as an application for Erasmus+ funds to support mobility between the two institutions.
