On September 4, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized a special talk titled “ICT Mahidol x SCB TechX: Designing a High Availability Large Scale Enterprise Grade App Using Kubernetes.” On this occasion, Dr. Pisit Praiwattana, Assistant Dean for Organizational Communications and Media Technology, delivered the opening remarks.
During the session, guest speakers from SCB TechX shared their insights on the following topics: Mr. Yotanut Maliwan (ICT Alumnus #13), a Senior Software Engineer, discussed his expertise in designing a high availability, large-scale, enterprise-grade app using Kubernetes. Additionally, Ms. Somruthai Srimuang, Head of Recruitment, provided an overview of the company. The event was attended by approximately 50 students from the B.Sc. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the B.Sc. in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program) in Room IT331, 3rd floor, at the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.
