On September 11, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with ISEM Company Limited, hosted an academic seminar titled “MUICT-AST: The Series for Mahidol People: Process Improvement Management.” The seminar was held in Room IT204, 2nd floor, Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya. On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer, delivered the opening speech to all participants.
During the session, Dr. Chayakorn Piyabunditkul, CEO and Co-Founder of ISEM Company Limited, a CMMI® (Certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser), ISO/IEC29110, PDPA, and Data Governance assessor, shared his expertise on systematic process improvement within organizations. Following the session, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of the Faculty, warmly greeted the seminar participants and presented a souvenir to the guest speaker.
The seminar aimed to provide attendees with knowledge on process improvement and to guide them in analyzing, evaluating, and systematically enhancing their organizational processes to achieve maximum efficiency. This approach will help organizations adapt continuously to market demands, technological advancements, and customer needs. Attendees will be able to apply the knowledge gained from this seminar to enhance their own work practices effectively.
