On August 9, 2024, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwattana, Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), along with executives, faculty members, and staff, participated in a merit-making ceremony, offering alms to 30 monks. This was held in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, on the occasion of her 92nd birthday on August 12, 2024, at the front of the Mahidol University Salaya. On this occasion, Prof. Piyamitr Sritara, MD, FRCP, FACP, Acting President of Mahidol University, served as the ceremony’s chairman.
Following this, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat participated in a royal merit-making ceremony, offering prayers for Her Majesty’s health and longevity, and joined in singing the Royal Anthem and the Song of Praise to the Thai Motherland with executives from various faculties and institutes of Mahidol University. The event was held at the Professor Dr. Chatchawan Osathanon Lecture Room, Office of the President, Mahidol University, Salaya.
