On March 26, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with LINE Company (Thailand) Ltd., hosted a workshop on “Building Chatbot Using Dialogflow.” The event aimed to equip students with knowledge on chatbot development using Google’s Dialogflow platform. A total of 45 students from the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program) participated in the workshop, which was held in the IT103 Computer Lab, 1st Floor, ICT Mahidol, Salaya.

This workshop was part of the LINE Developers University Workshop 2025, an initiative by LINE Company (Thailand) Ltd. aimed at providing ICT Mahidol students with fundamental knowledge of chatbot development on the LINE application using Google’s Dialogflow platform. Participants explored various topics, including the use of LINE Messaging API for chatbot creation and management, sending broadcast messages via LINE Official Account Manager (OA Manager), utilizing Rich Menu Maker to design interactive chat menus, and designing and testing Flex Messages before deployment.
Through this hands-on experience, students gained valuable insights into Dialogflow’s capabilities and learned how to effectively apply this knowledge to their studies.
