ICT Mahidol participated in the merit-making ceremony on the occasion of the Memorial Day for His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great

On October 11, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean, along with the executive team, faculty members, and staff, participated in a merit-making ceremony on the occasion of the Memorial Day for His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great.
During the ceremony, they offered food to 30 monks in front of the Office of the President at Mahidol University, Salaya.

Following this, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat attended a homage-paying and memorial ceremony, both presided over by Prof. Piyamitr Sritara, MD, FRCP, FACP, Acting President of Mahidol University. Prof. Piyamitr Sritara conducted Buddhist rituals, including lighting incense and candles to worship the Triple Gems, offering a Buddhist monk’s robe and the four necessities, and pouring water for dedication. Additionally, ten monks performed Buddhist chanting at the Prof. Chatchawan Osathanon Lecture Room.
