On January 14, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Assadarat Khurat, Assistant Dean for Risk Management and Cybersecurity and instructor of the ITDS355 IT Auditing course, organized a special talk on the topic “IT Audit in Practice.” The event was held for third-year students in the B.Sc. in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program) at Computer Laboratory IT103, 1st floor, ICT Building, Salaya.
On this occasion, Mr. Thanapat Watchareewong Na Ayuttaya, Risk Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (Thailand) Ltd. and an alumnus of the Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance program, served as the guest speaker. He shared practical insights into IT auditing, focusing on the application of knowledge, theories, and IT audit standards to real-world scenarios in various organizations and businesses.
