On October 7, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanwadee Sunetnanta, Instructor of the Computer Science Group and Software Engineering and Business Analytics Research Clusters (SEBA), hosted a special talk titled “Agile Beyond Teams: Strategies for Scaling Across the Organization,” for the 4th year students enrolled in B.Sc. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program). On this occasion, K. Chanyanan Sethpitak (ICT #Batch 5), Senior Scrum Master at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), served as the guest speaker.
During the talk, Agile, a project management method that focuses on being flexible and responsive to change, was discussed. This approach helps teams quickly adapt to customer needs and changing situations. The session took place in Room IT321, 3rd floor of the Faculty of ICT at Mahidol University, Salaya.
