On April 23, 2024, Dr. Pisit Praiwattana, Assistant Dean for Organizational Communications and Media Technology at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), along with staff from the Organizational Communications Department, warmly welcomed Ms. Ratcharin Yingyuenyong, Campus Recruitment Manager, and Mr. Phanu Jarumit, Campus Recruitment Specialist from Huawei Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. on the occasion of their visit for academic cooperation discussions, which included an introduction to Huawei’s Local Talent Development, Huawei’s Career Talks, and the renewal of the MoU. The event took place in Room A1 of the ICT Building in Salaya.
The Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University and Huawei Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd., signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on November 18, 2021, with the objective of enhancing students’ knowledge and skills in ICT innovation, problem-solving, and self-learning through the “Huawei ICT Academy” program. Huawei Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has provided ICT courses and learning platforms equipped with modern technologies such as 5G, Cloud Computing, IoT, and Big Data for students. Students can learn, experience, and practice their ICT skills using materials and real solutions provided by Huawei. This will help promote their creative thinking, technological knowledge, and specialized ICT skills, preparing them well for future careers.
