On July 4, 2024, staff from the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), presented academic papers at the “16th NPRU National Academic Conference 2024” at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. The conference, organized by the Research and Development Institute of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, was held under the theme “Soft Power: Creative Power Driving the Thai Economy.” On this occasion, Mr. Surasak Charoensirichot, Governor of Nakhon Pathom Province, delivered the opening speech at the Mida Grande Hotel Dhavaravati Nakhon Pathom.
The ICT Mahidol staff presented three academic papers in the Oral Presentation (R2R category) at the conference, which included:
- “Study on the Effects of Waste Management of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University” by Mr. Somsak Tanasri, Head of the Building and Landscape Unit, Engineering and Facilities Department
- “Risk Management for Recovery Preparedness of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University” by Mrs. Thanaporn Sungprasert, Head of the Policy and Quality Development
- “Scoring System for the Mahidol AI Hackathon Competition” by Acting Sub. Lt. Sarachaya Chiabhakdee, Computer Technical Officer, Academic Services and Technology Transfer Department
The National Academic Conference at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University is an annual academic seminar that provides a platform for participants to present their work, share knowledge, and collaborate with experts, researchers, and academics, and disseminate research findings to the public, leading to the further development and enhancement of high-quality research.
