ICT Mahidol hosted “Mini R2R 2025: Routine to Research for Process Improvement Based on OFI”

On March 12, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol) organized the “Mini R2R 2025: Routine to Research for Process Improvement Based on OFI” for support staff from 15 administrative departments. The event featured esteemed guest speakers, Asst. Prof. Dr.Vorawan Vanicharoenchai from the Siriraj Health Science Education Excellence Center Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, and Dr. Sujika Srinuntakul, ICT Mahidol. They shared valuable insights and conducted a workshop on developing R2R projects that effectively address the OFI (Opportunities for Improvement) identified by each department. The event took place at the Grand Auditorium, 4th floor, ICT Mahidol, Salaya.

The Mini R2R 2025 event aimed to provide ICT Mahidol staff with a platform to discuss observations, analyze their R2R projects, and exchange ideas. Key topics included identifying root causes of problems, aligning objectives with KPIs, assessing the feasibility of implementation plans, and measuring expected outcomes. The brainstorming sessions allowed participants to refine their R2R projects, ensuring they better address their respective OFI challenges and contribute to continuous process improvement.
