On July 11, 2024, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology at Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), along with Dr. Prachak Khemkrai, Director of Triam Udom Suksa School of the Northeast, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish academic cooperation online via Webex Meetings.
On this occasion, executives from both parties were present as witnesses. Representing ICT Mahidol was Dr. Pisit Praiwattana, Assistant Dean for Organizational Communications and Media Technology. Representing Triam Udom Suksa School of the Northeast were Mr. Phaiboon Surarak, Deputy Director; Miss Kiriya Thippamat, Senior Professional Level Teacher, as well as other teachers.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims to allocate quotas for students from Triam Udom Suksa School of the Northeast to pursue their Bachelor’s Degree at the Faculty of ICT. It also aims to develop the school’s teachers and students with knowledge, skills, and advancements in information technology. This will be achieved through practical learning processes, hands-on activities, and cooperative efforts such as Train the Trainer sessions, site visits to real workplaces, organizing IT knowledge training camps on various topics, and developing academic capabilities through research projects in IT.
