From July 26-28, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), and the Institute of Technology and Innovation Management (iNT) jointly showcased academic and innovative works at the “MHESI FAIR 2024: SCI POWER FOR FUTURE THAILAND.” The event, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI), was held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).
On this occasion, Lect. Pagaporn Pengsart, Deputy Dean for Infrastructure and Technology, along with staff and students from ICT Mahidol, participated in displaying four academic works in Zone D: SCIENCE for Exponential Growth.
Additionally, on July 27, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the ICT Mahidol Dean, along with staff and students, extended a warm welcome to Ms. Supamas Isarabhakdi, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) during her visit to the exhibition showcasing four academic works.
The showcased works included:
- “Hololens Virtual Anatomy: Immersive Anatomy Learning in a Co-located Mixed Reality Environment”
- “Hearing Test Application”
- “VIS4ION (Visually Impaired Smart Service System for Spatial Intelligence and Onboard Navigation)”
- “Automated Framework for AI Federated Learning in Medical Imaging”
The “MHESI FAIR 2024: SCI POWER FOR FUTURE THAILAND” was held from July 22-28, 2024. This exhibition brought together interdisciplinary fields of science, research, technology, and innovation from universities and over 170 research organizations nationwide. The event featured activities and knowledge through exhibitions of Thai and international technological innovations, as well as over 300 booths showcasing works from startup businesses.
