ICT Mahidol organized an activity, “Exploring Plant Species with Mobile Applications at the Sireeruckhachati Nature Learning Park, Mahidol University, Batch 2”

On November 20, 2024 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized an activity, “Exploring Plant Species with Mobile Applications at the Sireeruckhachati Nature Learning Park, Mahidol University, Batch 2” On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ananta Srisuphab, Instructor of Computer Science Group, ICT Mahidol, served as the speaker. He shared basic knowledge about various plant species within the Sireeruckhachati Nature Learning Park and conducted on-site exploration of different plant species using mobile applications such as Google Lens, PlantNet, and Seek by iNaturalist. These applications utilize image recognition technology to identify various living organisms from photos or videos taken with smartphone cameras. The activity was attended by 29 university staff and students.
