From December 23 to 25, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with the Thailand Digital Government Academy (TDGA), hosted the workshop on “Essential Digital Tools for Workplace, Batch 1” (DGA102).The event was honored by the presence of several distinguished facilitators, including Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer; Dr. Siripen Pongpaichet, Assistant Dean for Information and Systems; Miss Siriporn Rojanakosol, Assistant Dean for Information Technology; Dr. Sujika Srinuntakul, Educator, Audio-Visual Technical Officer from Audio Visual and Digital Learning Media Development Department; and Mr. Prach Chaisiri, Computer Technical Officer from Information and Systems Department. They shared their expertise on utilizing various digital tools to enhance skills and workplace efficiency for 36 government personnel at Century Park Hotel, Bangkok.
The “Essential Digital Tools for Workplace” (DGA102) workshop aims to equip participants, particularly government officials, with a solid understanding and practical knowledge of using digital tools efficiently and effectively. The curriculum focuses on three key areas: Creating Engaging Presentations and Creative Media, Efficient Data Management and Analysis, and Professional Data Visualization and Documentation
During the training, participants engaged with a variety of digital tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation creation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for media development, and Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis. These tools help participants adapt and thrive in technology-driven environments, applying the acquired knowledge to enhance their organizational operations.
