ICT Mahidol organized a training program on “Enhancing ICT Skills for High School Students of Wachirathamsatit School, Batch 2”

On August 30, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with Wachirathamsatit School, organized a training program on “Enhancing ICT Skills for High School Students of Wachirathamsatit School, Batch 2.” On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer, delivered a welcome speech to 55 students in Computer Laboratories IT104, Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.

Additionally, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, served as the speaker on “Python & Machine Learning,” covering basic aspects such as Python syntax, general grammar, and commands like basic operators, variables, strings, and conditions. It also included instructions on writing loops, such as for loops and while loops, data structures in Python, and creating and using functions, among other topics. Following that, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul presented certificates to the students at the Innovative Space.

The training program “Enhancing ICT Skills for Students at Wachirathamsatit School, Batch 2” aimed to promote and support students in developing advanced knowledge and skills in information technology beyond regular classroom learning. Through this program, participants can apply their skills, knowledge, and training experiences to develop high-quality ICT solutions. Moreover, it aimed to enhance systematic thinking processes and provide new perspectives on technology that can contribute to lifelong learning and future innovation.
