On February 23, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology at Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol) organized an online “Dhamma Listening: Goal of Life” on the occasion of the Makha Bucha Day. The session was conducted by Phrakhru Palad Sam Phiphatthanasilajarn (Kranchit Khunwaro), the 8th-grade achiever in Buddhist Theology and Vice-abbot of Wat Nyanavesakavan, Nakhon Pathom Province. Many faculty members and staff participated in listening to the Dhamma discourse online via Webex Meetings.
This activity serves as one of the initiatives to promote Buddhism and preserve cultural heritage. Its objectives include enabling faculty members and staff to apply the insights gained from the Dhamma discourse as guidance for living in accordance with Buddhist principles, as well as upholding the beautiful culture and traditions observed on important Buddhist occasions.
