ICT Mahidol, in collaboration with LINE Company (Thailand) Co., Ltd., organized a workshop on the topic of “Building LIFF app without caching”

On April 2, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with LINE Company (Thailand) Co., Ltd., organized a workshop titled “Building LIFF app without caching,” in the IT103 Computer Lab, 1st floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus. The purpose of this event was to share knowledge about the development of LINE Front-end Framework (LIFF) applications without caching or temporarily storing data to allow faster access on subsequent requests. The workshop was attended by 45 students from the B.Sc. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the B.Sc. in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program) of ICT Mahidol.

This workshop was part of the LINE Developers University Workshop 2025 project, organized by LINE Company (Thailand) Co., Ltd., with the purpose of providing students with foundational knowledge in the development of LIFF applications. Topics included learning how to use StackBlitz to develop LIFF applications online, getting started with the LINE Front-end Framework Software Development Kit (LIFF SDK), developing core functionalities of LIFF applications, managing real-time data without relying on cache, and applying various techniques to improve students in developing cache-free LIFF applications. The workshop also emphasized applying this knowledge to enhance business operations and services on the LINE platform more effectively.
