On October 9, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized the training program “Boost Your Career Proficiency: AI and Prompt Engineering Skills.” The session was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer, who shared foundational knowledge on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and basic Prompt Engineering with the staff of Narai Property Co., Ltd. in Nonthaburi Province. On this occasion, Mr. Surasak Pimpasingh, Executive Director of the Construction Division of Narai Property Co., Ltd., delivered the opening remarks.
This training program aimed to enhance participants’ skills and knowledge in AI and Prompt Engineering, covering topics such as Generative AI, an introduction to Deep Learning, the ethics and implications of AI usage, and the application of AI and Prompt Engineering in today’s world. Participants were introduced to AI Literacy, the understanding and application of AI technology, as well as the design and development of AI prompts through various case studies that demonstrate how AI can handle complex queries. This training will help attendees leverage their new knowledge to improve the company’s research capabilities.
