On November 20, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized an academic seminar titled “Skill for the Top: Enhancing Project Management Techniques to Tackle Challenges.” The seminar featured guest speakers Ms. Naphaphach Pracha-anuwong, Senior Manager and Product Owner at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited (ICT Alumna #Batch 13), and Ms. Mathawan Thanapriruksa, Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager at Deves Insurance Public Company Limited. They shared valuable insights into project management techniques and strategies for overcoming challenges with faculty members, staff, students from Mahidol University, and other interested participants. The event took place in Room IT204, 2nd floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya. After the session, Asst. Prof. Dr. Charnyote Pluempitiwiriyawej, Instructor of Computer Science, presented souvenirs to the speakers.
The seminar aimed to equip participants with foundational knowledge in project management and strategies for addressing challenges encountered during project execution. The insights shared during the session are expected to help attendees effectively apply these techniques in their professional endeavors.
