On November 15, 2024, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led the executive team and support staff from 15 departments in hosting the “ICT Synergy: Process Review for Organizational Excellence Based on EdPEx, 1/2025.” The event aimed to communicate key concepts and provide guidance on enhancing staff work processes to foster creative and outstanding development.. The session took place at Bits & Bytes Hall, 4th floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya.
At the start of the session, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat presented important aspects of the faculty, including its vision, mission, and organizational leadership system. He also summarized development opportunities for each department based on EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence) and TQA (Thailand Quality Award). Additionally, the session featured a workshop where participants reviewed and enhanced departmental processes, analyzed current issues, and proposed solutions.
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanwadee Sunetnanta, a TQA Assessor and an instructor in the Computer Science Group at ICT Mahidol, together with Dr. Pawitra Liamruk, Deputy Dean of Organizational Development and Special Affairs, and Dr. Sujika Srinuntakul, Head of Driving and Developing Organizational Excellence, offered feedback and recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
