On October 30, 2024, Dr. Petch Sajjacholapunt, Deputy Dean for Administration and Human Resource of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), represented the Dean in attending the “Heal Jai Festival: Mental and Intellectual Well-being Program.” The event was officially opened by Prof. Piyamitr Sritara, MD, FRCP, FACP, President of Mahidol University, followed by an introductory address on the program’s objectives from Assoc. Prof. Flg. Off. Chatchai Kunavisarut, Vice President for Student Affairs and Alumni Relations.
Organized by the Student Affairs Division of Mahidol University, the “Heal Jai Festival” aims to promote holistic self-care, helping individuals manage stress, overcome challenges, and navigate daily life with resilience. The festival featured workshops such as “Coloring for the Heart,” “The Tao of Work,” and “Mindfulness through Sound Journey.” Concluding the event, the “Heal Jai Talk” provided a platform for participants and experts to share valuable insights on mental health care. The event was held at the Mahidol Learning Center, Salaya.
