On August 16, 2024, Lect. Pagaporn Pengsart, Deputy Dean for Infrastructure and Technology at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), along with the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Working Group, warmly welcomed the Audit Committee for the “Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Environment Assessment of Mahidol University, Year 2024” in Room IT404, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya. The audit committee included Asst. Prof. Dr. Chathaya Wongrathanandha, M.D., a specialist from the Department of Community Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital; Ms. Anchulee Watcharamusik, Head of the Audit Committee; as well as staff from the Center for Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Management (COSHEM).
The “Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Environment Assessment of Mahidol University, Year 2024” aimed to evaluate safety conditions in various areas of the ICT building, continuing the efforts from the previous year. The areas inspected included office spaces, meeting rooms, classrooms, and various structural systems such as utilities and fire prevention systems. Additionally, the inspection team followed up on the previous year’s progress and provided safety recommendations to guide future improvements in occupational safety, health, and environmental management within the faculty.
