On August 13, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with the Machine Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering Research Clusters (MIKE), organized an academic seminar titled MIKE Talks: Exploring AI Breakthroughs on the topic “Large Language Models in Enterprise.” On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suppawong Tuarob, Instructor of Computer Science Academic Group, and Head of Machine Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering (MIKE) research group, along with Dr. Sumit Bhatia from the Media and Data Science Research Lab at Adobe Inc., served as the speakers. They shared their experiences on the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) in business organizations. The event took place in Room A3, 1st floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya.
The seminar aimed to provide attendees with knowledge about the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) from real-world users, allowing them to discuss and exchange ideas on various topics, such as the scope of LLMs in Natural Language Processing (NLP), the challenges of implementing LLMs in applications, creating LLM-driven solutions, and insights from actual LLM deployments. This seminar was designed to help participants better understand the operation, challenges, and solutions associated with LLMs.
