ICT Mahidol instructors served as keynote speakers at the workshop titled “From Principles to Practice: Agile & Scrum Hands-On Workshop”

During July 24-25, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Choetkiertikul, Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiyong Ragkhitwetsagul, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Srisupa Palakvangsa Na Ayudhya, instructors of the Computer Science Group and Software Engineering and Business Analytics Research Clusters (SEBA), as well as Mr. Chanyanan Sethpitak (ICT Alumnus #Batch 5), Senior Scrum Master at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), served as speakers to share their knowledge and conduct a hands-on workshop titled “From Principles to Practice: Agile & Scrum.” The workshop was organized for the faculty members, staff, researchers, and students of the Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC) and personnel from Visup Co., Ltd., at VISTEC, Rayong Province.

This objective of this training was to impart knowledge about the Agile and Scrum frameworks for software development, which emphasize teamwork, flexibility, rapid adaptability, and responsiveness to constantly changing customer needs. This enables participants to apply the knowledge gained from the training to improve the effectiveness of their own teamwork practices.
