From May 23 – 25, 2024, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology at Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led executives, faculty members, and staff in organizing the annual “ICT Faculty Seminar 2024”. The event was held at the Star Convention Hotel in Rayong province. The seminar aimed to convey the faculty’s strategic plans, policies, and operational directions as presented by the Dean and the administrative team. It included a workshop focused on improving work processes to drive the faculty forward under the concept “ICT GO FORWARD, TOGETHER AS ONE”. The seminar also featured team-building activities and a study tour on sustainable development goals (SDGs) at Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC) and the Mee Suk Farm in Rayong province.
The objectives of the 2024 ICT Faculty Seminar were to communicate the faculty’s policies to the staff, foster an environment for exchanging ideas, build good relationships among executives, faculty members, and support staff, and promote learning and vision expansion through off-site activities. The seminar atmosphere was filled with fun, warmth, and impressive moments throughout the journey, fostering a sense of unity and teamwork aligned with the organizational shared values of “ONE ICT: Go forward together as one”.
