On May 3, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer, represented the Dean as an honored guest and witness at the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, and the Department of Climate Change and Environment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, held in the Theater Room on the 2nd floor of the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University.
In this regard, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) together with Dr. Phirun Saiyasitpanich, General of the Department of Climate Change and Environment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The ceremony was also witnessed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarawut Thepanondh, Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, as well as Mr. Panya Warapetcharayut, Director of Climate Change and Environmental Research Center.
The aforementioned Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims to enhance the potential of personnel and students in various fields, promote urban environmental management mechanisms, as well as raise awareness and promote public participation from all sectors. It also aims to study, research, and develop management technology that will contribute to the promotion, support, and development of education, research, and academic knowledge in the field of climate change and environmental management for the maximum benefit of society and the nation in the future.
