From November 15 to 17, 2023, 4th-year students enrolled in the B.Sc. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), presented their paper works at the 7th International Conference on Information Technology (InCIT 2023). The conference was organized by the Association of Council of IT Deans (CITT) at Mae Fah Luang University in Chiang Rai Province. These papers were the outcomes of the summer internship program collaboration between the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, National Central University, and the School of Information Management in Taiwan.
The presentations are as follows:
- Project: “Explainable AI-supported Evaluation and Comparison on Credit Card Fraud Detection Models,” presented by Ms. Chanisara Kotrachai, a fourth-year student, who is one of the authors, along with Ms. Praewsuphang Chanruangrat, a third-year student. The project was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Worapan Kusakunniran from ICT Mahidol, Thailand, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hsu Wen-Chin, and Sun Yi-Chun from the School of Information Management, Taiwan.
- Project: “Statistical Comparison of ARIMA Order Performance in the Stock Market,” presented by Mr. Chanatip Deemee, a fourth-year student, who was one of the authors, along with Mr. Kirati Ngampis, a third-year student. The project was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Min-Te Sun, Mrs. Kotcharat Kitchat from the Wireless Ad-Hoc and Sensor Networks Lab at National Central University, Taiwan, as well as Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul and Dr. Thanapon Noraset from ICT Mahidol, Thailand.
The 7th International Conference on Information Technology (InCIT 2023) is a leading forum for presenting cutting-edge developments in information and communication technologies, with a particular focus on innovative, next-generation solutions.
