On September 21, 2023, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Prof.Dr. Peter Haddawy, Deputy Dean for Research, representing the Dean, participated in the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the SALAYA ONE INNOVATION SPACE project. This project is a collaboration between Mahidol University and Meenam Development Co., Ltd.
During the ceremony, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University, as well as Mr. Decha Tangsin, Chairman of Meenam Development Co., Ltd., signed the MoU at SALAYAONE RESIDENT, Tangsin Alley, Nakhon Pathom Province.
The objective of this MoU is to create cooperation between the public and private sectors to support the development of innovation and creativity, as well as to provide a space for activities related to the mission of Mahidol University in the Salaya area. Furthermore, it aims to facilitate the transfer of knowledge from the university’s research and academic services to local entrepreneurs in the area. This project is also in line with the development of the Innovation District of Mahidol University (Mahidol Innovation Valley).
