On 26 May 2022 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized “MINI – R2R: (Non) Secret Tricks to Advance Your Career with R2R”, via Webex Meetings. Dr. Pattansak Mongklwat, the Dean began the event with a warm welcome speech to all participants. In addition, Dr. Petch Sajjacholapunt, Assistant Dean of Human Resource Management, narrated the background of the event.
During the event, Ms. Jariya Panya, Director, Division of Personnel, Mahidol University, presented, “Analysis and upgrading the R2R work process to request for a higher position”, as well as, Ms. Sakaewan Poolperm., Human Resources Officer, Mahidol University, gave a lecture on “Criteria, Procedures and Recommendations on Document Preparation for Requesting for a Higher Position.” The event was attended by many support staff via Webex Meetings.
The objectives of this event were to develop staff’s potential in work operation, allowing them to be able to apply the acquired knowledge to their current roles, to be able to synthesize the knowledge into research paper or R2R work, as well as to guide support staff to request for a higher position.
