On 11 October 2022 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Sukanya Phongsuphap, Deputy Dean for Strategy and Quality Assurance, faculty members, and staff, joined the merit-making ceremony, offering food to 20 monks for royal merit on the occasion of the memorial day for His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, at the Hallway of Office of the President, Salaya Campus.
Following that, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, attended the homage paying ceremony and memorial ceremony, all of which were presided over by Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, President of Mahidol University. During the ceremonies, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, lit incense and candles to worship the triple gems and laid a flower garland in front of the royal portrait. In addition, 10 monks performed Buddhist chanting, at Somdej Phra Boromrajchanok Hall, 1st floor, Office of the President, Mahidol University Salaya Campus.
