Job Description
• Engage client to gather software requirements/ business rules and ensure alignment with development teams. • Translate stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/ process diagrams, data flow/ data model diagrams. • Define project requirements, Identify project milestones. • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. • Help design, document, and maintain system processes. • Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies. • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.
