On November 22, 2023 –the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Jidapa Kraisangka, Assistant Dean for Academic and Curriculum Development, as well as Dr. Wudhichart Sawangphol, Assistant Dean for Research, the instructors of the course “ITDS241 Web Technologies and Applications,” organized a special talk on “Microservices and Basic Web 3.0” for the 2nd year students enrolled in B.Sc. in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program). On this occasion, Mr. Matchatta Toyaem, Microservice Developer, IBM Thailand Co., Ltd. (ICT Alumnus, Batch 15), served as the guest speaker. He shared his knowledge about Microservices, a software architecture that can divide applications into small units, and Web 3.0, the era of the Internet that focuses more on providing user privacy, utilizing blockchain technology, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The session took place in Room IT204, 2nd floor, the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.
