During August 10th to 11th, 2023, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led executives and support staff from 15 departments in organizing the “ICT Unites: Reviewing Workflow Processes According to Educational Quality Standards for Excellence”. The purpose of this activity was to communicate essential ideas and provide guidelines for enhancing staff workflow processes towards future excellence. The event took place at the Bits & Bytes Hall, the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.
During the event, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat covered significant topics related to the faculty, including Vision, Core Values, Organizational Culture, Organizational Leadership Systems, Resilience Processes, Transparency in Governance Systems, and more.
Furthermore, the staff from each department actively engaged in workshops to assess their workflow processes. This included a comprehensive review of Leading & Lagging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as an analysis and planning for Resilience Processes. These findings were then presented to the management team, with the Dean participating to listen and offer suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency in the future.
