On October 28, 2019 – “Selfin” team won 1st Prize over 16 teams from 5 countries at the NCKU Maker Festival 2019 at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan.
The Selfin team is a group of students from Mahidol University composed of 6 members; Mr. Thanakorn Paseangtien, a student from the Faculty of ICT, Mr. Napat Suwannasorn and Mr. Artit Napradit, students from the Faculty of Engineering, along with, 3 students from Mahidol International College, Mr.Tin Truong, Ms. Yanisa Slaunse and Ms. Sujika Singpan.
At the event, the team won the 1st prize under the business project called “Intelligent Market Place for ADHD children”, which is a platform for parents whose children are suffering from ADHD, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. In this platform, the parents can find activities to respond to their children’s need and interest.
Furthermore, the Selfin team also previously won the 1st Prize at the Global HealthTech Hackathon Challenges 2019, co-organized by Mahidol University, National Innovation Agency (NIA) and Royal Academy of Engineering, UK in September 2019 at Mahidol University.
