During 7 – 8 December 2020 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Miss Kanrawi Kitkhachonkunlaphat, instructor, organized a 2-day (12 hours) workshop on “Fundamental User Experience Design (UX), Batch 1” at computer laboratory, 23rd Floor, College of Management, Mahidol University, Phayathai campus.
The workshop involved enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility and delight provided in the interaction between users and products. Lastly, all 28 participants, which comprised of 20 staff from gaming companies, and 8 interested persons, had a chance to practice the hands-on learning, which enable them to apply the acquired knowledge and skills for their work.
