On 10 February, 2022 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Pawitra Liamruk, Deputy Dean for Academic Administration and Acting Deputy Dean for Organizational Communication and Engagement, together with Professor Dr. Peter Fereed Haddawy, Deputy Dean for Research Development, and instructors, organized “2022 Overview Internship in Thailand and Abroad Information Session” for over 60 students of ICT international program students via Webex Meetings.
Dr. Pawitra Liamruk started the session with a welcome speech. Then, she presented the overview information of internships in Thailand and abroad and explained the process of the internships. After that, information of internship abroad was divided into 2 parts as follows:
#1 University of Bremen, Germany
- Overall information, and application criteria of internship at U. of Bremen by Professor Dr. Peter Fereed Haddawy, Deputy Dean for Research Development
- Greeting speech and some advice regarding the internship by Dr. Thomas Barkowsky Postdoctoral researcher in the Cognitive Systems group and a principal investigator in the Spatial Cognition Research Center
- Internship experiences by Dr. Myat Su Yin, Researcher, and ICT students who are doing internship at U. of Bremen
#2 Nara Institute of Science and Technology (SE Lab), Japan
- Overall information, and application criteria of internship at NAIST by Dr. Chaiyong Ragkhitwetsagul, Instructor
- Internship experiences and life at NAIST by Dr. Morakot Choetkiertikul, Instructor
