ICT Mahidol gave prospective high school students from international schools in Thailand and abroad an opportunity to know more about the Faculty as well as to build up rapport among the participants through the activity, “ICT Mahidol Short-Course Program 2021”
During 19 – 21 July 2021 – The Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Pawitra Liamruk, Deputy Dean for Academic Administration, and Acting Deputy Dean for Organizational Communication and Engagement, together with Mr. Stephen Edward Smith, Student and Alumni Engagement Officer, and ICT instructors, organized a 3-day activity, “ICT Mahidol Short-Course Program 2021” for prospective high school students from international schools in Thailand and abroad. There were 13 students which comprised of Thai students and 5 foreign students who attended the activity via Webex Meetings.
The activities included:
19 July 2021: Ice Breaking Games & Know more about ICT
- Technology vocabulary game by Dr. Pawitra Liamruk and Stephen Edward Smith
- Hands-on workshop (mini chatbot) by an ICT alumnus, Mr. Chanakarn Chinchatchawal, Founder and CEO at Zwiz.AI (Robolingo Co., Ltd.)
20 July 2021: ICT Mock-Up Classes
- Problem Solving Class by Pilailuck Panphattarasap and Dr. Jidapa Kraisangka, ICT instructors
