On November 21, 2023, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led executives and support staff from 15 departments in organizing the “ICT Unites: Reviewing Workflow Processes according to Educational Quality Standards for Excellence 1/2024.” The purpose of the event was to communicate and convey important ideas, as well as provide guidance for improving the work processes of the staff to foster creativity and excellence in the future. The event took place at the Grand Auditorium Hall, the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.
During the event, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat covered significant topics related to the Faculty, including Vision, Core Values, ICT Leadership Systems Frameworks, and Achievements in the Fiscal Year 2023. Additionally, staff from each department collaborated in workshops to review their work processes, analyzing successes, problems, obstacles, and proposing solutions for their respective projects. The Dean actively listened and provided suggestions for further improving operational efficiency in the future.
