On March 22, 2023 – Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitinan Tantidham, Instructor of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), delivered a welcome and opening speech for the academic training on “FPGA Accelerator for Embedded Systems & Enterprise Computing”. On this occasion, Mr. Thanaporn Sangpaithoon, General Manager, Design Gateway, served as the keynote speaker who shared his knowledge on FPGA Accelerator, and demonstrated how to use AI Applications such as KRIA board: Edge AI & Autonomous Cars and Alveo Card: Server & Video Analytics to all participants in Room AI3, the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya, as well as Webex Meetings.
FPGA Accelerator technology is increasingly playing a vital role in the fields of AI and High-Performance Computing, both in Edge devices and in Servers or Clouds in Data Centers. The objective of this academic seminar is to enable participants to apply FPGA Accelerator technology to enhance their technological competitiveness against other countries.
