On 10 August 2022 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Pawitra Liamruk, Deputy Dean for Academic Administration and Acting Deputy Dean for Organizational Communication and Engagement, and Mr. Peter Chien, instructor and Chinese Activities Leader, organized an international relationship-building activity “Field Trip at Ban Rong Huad Community, Nakhonchaisri, Nakhonpathom” for 41 undergraduate students of its ICT International Program. During the activity, Miss Siriluck Insuea, Head of Ngiu Rai Sub-district Women’s Association and team, taught the students how to do Khao Tom Mat (Bananas with Sticky Rice, Traditional Thai Dessert), as well as how to do Tie Dye Cloth at Ban Rong Huad Community, Nakhonchaisri, Nakhonpathom.
The “Field Trip at Ban Rong Huad Community, Nakhonchaisri, Nakhonpathom” was one of the activities under the international relationship-building activity. It aimed to foster positive relationships among international and Thai students, to encourage them to practice their English listening and speaking skills, as well as to enhance cultural exchange among them.
