On December 19, 2023, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with Saint Gabriel’s College, conducted the training program titled “Customized Training for Enhancing Abilities for Saint Gabriel’s College Students, Batch 1.” The event was attended by 38 students. On this occasion, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean, extended a warm welcome to all students in the Computer Laboratory IT103, the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.
This training aimed to promote and support students in developing advanced information technology skills beyond regular classroom learning. The program provided an opportunity for students to apply the skills, knowledge, and experiences gained from the training to enhance their future learning. It also aimed to improve critical thinking skills through various instructional topics, including:
- “Basic with ChatGPT” by Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer, along with the teaching assistants: Mr. Benjaphol Kositanon and Miss Praewa Chan-On, second-year ICT international program students.
- “Public Speaking” by Mr. Brian Marcar, DST Program Coordinator, and Student Activities Officer, along with the teaching assistants: Mr. Benjaphol Kositanon and Miss Praewa Chan-On, second-year ICT international program students.
- “How to Design a Portfolio to Impress the Committee” by Dr. Sujika Srinuntakul, Educator from the Audio-Visual and Digital Learning Media Development Department, along with the teaching assistants: Miss Duanghathai Pangjiklee, Audio-Visual Technical Officer (Senior Professional Level), as well as Mr. Manas Wattana, Audio-Visual Technical Officer from the Audio-Visual and Digital Learning Media Development Department.
