On 27 July 2022 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (ICT Mahidol) hosted a closing ceremony for the activity “Brighten the Future Career with ICTxBootcamp,” for students of B. Sc. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program). At the start of the activity, Dr. Pawitra Liamruk, Deputy Dean for Academic Administration and Acting Deputy Dean for Organizational Communication and Engagement, welcomed all participants, including companies’ representatives Mr. Pisit Neeladanuwong from Trinity Roots Company Limited, Ms. Nitchakarn Sangket from MFEC Public Company Limited, Mr. Pumin Kaewprasert from the CDG and G-Able groups; instructors and students. Following that, a poster exhibition was held to allow students to present their work and experiences at Bits & Bytes Hall, 4th floor, ICT Building, Salaya Campus, as well as online via Webex Meetings.
The activity’s objectives were to prepare and provide students with real-world IT working experiences from four leading IT companies: CDG Group and G-Able Group, MFEC Public Company Limited, Trinity Roots Company Limited, and CourseSquare Company Limited. During the activity, which took place between June and July 2022, students had the opportunity to visit companies both on-site and online, allowing them to meet with leading companies’ representatives and gain insight knowledge about technology and essential workplace skills.
